Is this the right plan for me?

Shopify Point of Sale makes it easier to sell in-store, at tradeshows, or pop-up shops - really, anywhere you’ll be using multiple staff members and doing cash and credit card transactions. You’ll want the Retail Package if you run a retail store or frequently sell in-person.

Can I use my existing hardware?

We do support a variety of third-party hardware. Visit the Support Documentation for a list of hardware that is compatible with Shopify POS. But keep in mind: the model numbers must be an exact match.

Can I cancel my account at any time? How long are your contracts?

Unlike other providers, Shopify Point of Sale system doesn’t have fixed term contracts. You can cancel at anytime - although, this rarely comes up.

Can I sell with Shopify POS on more than one iPad?

Charging for extra registers seems a bit unfair, right? Your needs change on a day-to-day basis, and we get that. Use Shopify POS on as many iPads as you want.
